Cultivation of the Core Competence of Universities in the Course of Internationalization of the Higher Education

In the course of the internationalization of higher education,the core competence of universities is based on the construction of disciplines,which includes scientific planning,rational organization of the overall disciplines,and optimization of the course structure as well as the allocation of educational resources.In order to achieve these goals,we should adhere to the basic principle which lays emphasis on the construction of the fundamental subjects and development of their connotation.Furthermore,we should try to build up an academic contingent of high level to reinfore the core competence of universities.
