经济立法的供需分析

改革开放尤其是社会主义市场经济体制建立以来 ,我国经济立法的速度逐年加快 ,因此 ,在一部分学者看来 ,我国经济立法的供给已经相对过剩了 ,其实 ,这种看法是片面的。从人们对经济立法的需求与国家对经济立法的供给角度来分析 ,我们会发现 ,目前经济立法的现状是有效供给不足 ,立法机关不应该抑制立法供给 ,而是应该增加经济立法的有效供给 ,提高立法质量

Analyze the Supply and Demand of the Legislation of Economic Laws

From the reform and opening, and from the socialist market economy policy has been established especially, the legislation of economic laws increased every year. Accordingly, from the perspective of some people, the supply of the legislation of economic laws is relative superfluous. As a matter of fact, this viewpoint is a bias. Analyzed from the demand and supply of the legislation of economic laws, at present in China, we can see that the effective supply of the legislation of economic laws is deficient. The legislature should increase the effective supply and enhance the quality of the legislation of economic laws, and shouldn't restrain the supply of the legislation of economic laws.
