Through a few years' efforts, our country has made certain effect in sincerity construction, though some problems still exist. It is put forward that the establishment of the subject of sincerity construction, assumption of credit organization, disposition of penalty mechanism for dishonesty, and talent cultivation of credit management are effective measures to deal with the problems in practice of sincerity mechanism construction.
