| Abstract: | Enterprises' combination and acquisition have swept the globle in and unprecedented way nowadays. As a result, numerous enterprises get involved in it. As far as state-owned enterprises in China are concerned, they are in a critical period of reform and adjustment. New economic growth can be accomplished only by adopting the following measures: sticking to operating to operation of capitals;expanding at low cost and in high quality in the way of combining, acquiring and integrating to achieve scale economy and economic benefits;strengthening their competitive strength in the market at home and abroad. |
