国企职工下岗再就业问题研究

职工下岗现象,是在我国深化改革,建设社会主义市场经济体制,实现两个根本性转变过程中出现的,职工下岗原因比较复杂,既有体制的、历史的、结构的和宏观方面的原因,又有企业及职工自身等微观方面的原因,只有了解这多种原因,才能从我国的实际情况出发,为下岗职工再就业之路出谋划策。

Study on Reemployment of State-owned Enterprise's Workers

The phenomenon of unemployment appears during the period of our national deeper reforming, building socialism market economic system and realizing two basic changes.The unemployment of employees has some complieated reasons,including systematic,historical reasons and the reasons of enterprises,employ- ees.We should take hold of all these reasons,only in this way,can we have a good plan for the unemployed based on the current situation of our country.
