员工心理契约及其组织效果研究

摘    要:本研究运用在中国文化背景下开发的心理契约问卷,考察了员工心理契约结构及其与组织效果变量之间的关系.研究结果表明,员工心理契约中的组织责任和员工责任分别由三个维度构成,而且这些维度对一些主要组织效果变量有很好的预测作用.

Abstract:This paper explored the construction of the employee's psychological contract and the relationship between psychological contract and organizational effectiveness based on the psychological contract inventory in China.The result found that the organization's obligation and the employee's obligation of the psychological contract consisted of three dimensions separately,and these dimensions had significant effect on the organizational effectiveness.
