摘    要:中国民营企业经营管理特征是以家庭为核心的关系主义。这种关系的本质就是传统儒家伦理中的家族主义与现代市场经济的结合,或者说是一种情感与利益的加权。这一关系,反映到企业内部对员工的配置上,就是以忠诚与能力的加权来安排员工;表现在企业领导方式上,就是在家长式的外衣下合理地处理好各种物质利益关系。

Abstract:The operating management of Chinese mass-financing enterprises takes the family-core relation-ism as their feature. Such a relation, essentially, remains a combination of modern market economy and family concepts in traditional Confucian ethics, or a weighting of emotion and interest. In allocating employees of interior of enterprises, it reflects the arrangement of employees by weighting their loyalty and abilities; in the mode of leading, it actually is to handle well different relationship on material benefits under the authority of patriarchy.
