| 摘 要： | 旅游业的竞争日渐激烈，旅游风景区要想在这种环境中提高自己的竞争力，需要风景区各旅游利益相关者的支持和参与。而旅游业的综合性决定了旅游利益相关者的复杂多样。因此，文章从利益相关者理论视角出发，通过对当前风景区系统利益相关者之间关系的分析，提出了在风景区的规划发展过程中如何构建一个多元利益主体协调发展的系统，保证多方利益的协调从而实现风景区可持续发展的具体对策。
