摘    要:随着社会文化变迁,武陵山区少数民族非物质文化传承与发展、劳动力转移培训等成为民族教育的重要内容和职能;留守儿童教育问题日趋严重,必须探讨新的途径;教育质量和教育结构不适应,必须加快提高和调整;教育资源不足,必须积极开发民办教育资源,促进民族教育快速发展。

Abstract:With the changes of social culture,the inheriting and development of ethnic intangible culture,the training of labor transfer have become an important content and function of ethnic education in this area.The education of stay-at-home children has become increasingly important.New approach must be found.Meanwhile,education quality and educational structure are not well-coordinated;therefore it must be improved and adjusted.Educational resources are short,non-governmental resources must be positively encouraged to promote the quick development of ethnic education.
