A Survey and Thinking of Five Problems of Ethnic Education in Wuling Mountain

With the changes of social culture,the inheriting and development of ethnic intangible culture,the training of labor transfer have become an important content and function of ethnic education in this area.The education of stay-at-home children has become increasingly important.New approach must be found.Meanwhile,education quality and educational structure are not well-coordinated;therefore it must be improved and adjusted.Educational resources are short,non-governmental resources must be positively encouraged to promote the quick development of ethnic education.
