中国行政管理学从思想到学说的发展

先秦时期,奴隶制国家行政管理思想开始形成和发展起来。西汉以后,以儒家思想为指导的行政管理思想成为封建国家正统的行政管理思想,对中国封建社会的稳定发展和繁荣昌盛,产生了极大的作用和深远的影响。近代以来,中国传统封建行政管理思想先后受到西方资本主义和社会主义行政管理思想的冲击,它靠着深厚的文化底蕴及其巨大传承力不断向前发展,如今在经历了由改头换面到脱胎换骨的嬗变后必将逐步融入现代行政管理科学,使其合理内涵和科学精华得以继承和发扬。

A Study of the Historical Development of the Formation of the Science of Administration in China

The ideas on administration emerged and developed before the Qin Period among the slave-owner's states. After the West Han Dynasty, the Confucian ideas on administration became the accepted ones and exerted far-reaching influence on the stability and prosperity of Chinese feudal society. In modern times, under the impacts of socialism and the Western capitalism, these ideas have maintained their cultural inheritance and kept developing their rational and scientific connotations and will become a modern science of administration.
