| 摘 要： | 孙中山的<实业计划>是一个全方位发展中国实业的建国方略,内含开发西部的深远构思,这就是以东部为龙头,把东西两极联成通道;以铁路为纽带,形成开发西部的整体格局;以移民为辅助,加大人文资源的投入;以科技为内核,改变西部的落后面貌.孙中山的构思具有科学性和可行性.
