关于管理理论的新思考

各管理学派的主要观点实质上是互相补充而不是互相对立的。从各学派的学说中可抽象出共性而形成管理的定义：管理是在一定的环境和技术条件下，为了提高人──物系统的效率，从子系统（或元素）各种可能的状态中选择一种并实行的活动过程。管理可分类成多人问题、单人问题、无人问题三大基本问题并加以广义的理解。唯物辩证法和科学的管理定义是走出管理理论丛林的指针。

A Fresh Look at Management Theories

The major viewpoints of the different management schools are inter-complementary rather than antagonistic.
