| 摘 要： | 曾被人称为“体育沙漠”的香港竞技体育在当代迅速发展，原固是政府的重视和经费投入逐渐增大、各种管理机构的不断完善和竞赛体制的调整、场地设备的修建等。展望未来，香港竞技体育将得到更大的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to give a comparatively objective analysis about the history, present situation and tendency of competitive sports in Hong Kong. The main factors that help to promote the development of competitive sports in HK include the government' s emphasis, more investments, the continuous improvement, the adjustment of competitive system, the foundation of places and equipment for sports, and so on. Based on these, the competitive sports in HK will certainly go further and better. |
