| Abstract: | Through a mathematic model the function mechanism of strategic flexibility and the interaction between strategic flexibility and existing resource/capability are analyzed.The analysis indicates that strategic flexibility helps to strengthen competitive advantage in providing valuable information and reducing operation cost.Then an optimized flexibility level decision model is constructed by introducing a random variable of market demand. |
