| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the resource s of surplus labour force in the count ryside of Anhui Province,the authors in the article suggest that the transfe rence of surplus labour force in the c ountryside should be key to the probl em of un-employment in Anhui Province with both urban and rural areas considered a s a whole and they provide some feasib le measures in solving the problem. |
