| 摘 要： | 教书育人是教师的一项基本职责 ,教师在教学活动中 ,必须正确处理好教书与育人的关系。主要从三个方面探讨了高校的教书育人问题 ,指出教书和育人是相互统一、不可分割的 ,指出教书必然育人 ,同时强调教书必须育人 ,并且就如何更好地在教书中育人谈了几点看法

| Abstract: | School teaching and talent training is two primary responsibilities of a teacher; relationship between the two shall have to be properly recognized. In this paper the authors argue that school teaching interrelates to talent training, and that they are inseparable from each other. The authors also make some remarks on how to train talents in the process of teaching school. |
