On the Employment of Redundant Employees in Market Economy

The policy to arrange the unemployed when the government is the main responsible body does not meet the needs of labor force market mechanism under the socialist market economy system. The adjustment of the government macroscopic employment policy during the system transformation should regard the laborers as the main body. In the adjustment of policy guidance, the inevitable choice for the government to work out the employment policy is to weaken the government behavior on the labor force market, to change the labor's employment concept, and to adjust the relation between supply and demand of labor force market with market behavior.
