高凉冯氏族属辨析

高凉冼氏与冯氏联姻,导致民族融合,形成"俚蛮汉化",走"民族团结"或"文化融合"的路子.冯氏似非汉人.<新唐书>卷一一零为<诸夷蕃将传>,将冯盎与阿史那社尔、契苾何力、黑齿常之等同列.<旧唐书·冯盎>则谓"累代为本部大首领".可知冯氏亦高凉溪洞蛮酋之一,与中原冯氏未必有关.再结合隋代杨素谓冯盎的"蛮夷"以及冯盎族人子献"击铜鼓"的事象,冯氏家族至冯盎时,已有"奴婢万余人,所居地方二千里"的"南越首领".冼冯联婚后,先是但、蛮融合,在唐宋以后融合于汉族,并一直生息繁衍至今日.

Development of the Feng Clan in Gaoliang

The Xian and Feng clans in Gaoliang intermarried, leading to the merging of nationalities and the assimilation of minority nationality into Han. This developing pattern is what we call the uniting of nationalities or the merging of cultures. It seems that the Fengs were not Hans, for Feng Mi was ranked, according the biography of the generals of all minorities in Chapter 110 in New Tang Chronicles, into the same category of minority people as Ashinaduer, Chibikeli and Heichichang were. Moreover, in Old Tang Chronicles, Feng Mi was mentioned many times to be the deputy chief of the clan. From this, we can learn that the Fengs used to be one of the cave tribes in Gaoliang and, therefore, they might have no relationship with the Fengs in Central China. According to the story told by Yang Su in the Sui Dynasty about how the "Man nationality" of Feng Mi and the clan of the Fengs contributed the "Bronze Drum", the Feng Clan was already the "chief in South Yue" with "over two thousand slaves and servants while occupying an area of one thousand kilometers" in Feng Mi's time. The intermarriage between the Xians and the Fengs, first, merged the Li and Man nationalities before they were finaly assimilated into the Hans after the Song Dynasty, who have lived and prospered until today.
