| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作队伍是推动高等教育事业发展的一支重要力量.当前这支队伍存在不容忽视的四大问题:结构不合理;素质偏低;数量不稳定;作用发挥不充分.在队伍建设中,要严把入口关,保证队伍的基本素质;要维护政工人员的利益;政工人员要努力提高自身素质;要加强队伍的管理和培养;要引进竞争机制.

| Abstract: | The contingent of ideological and political workers in HEIs constitues a vital force in promoting the development of higher education.But,there are outstanding problems in the structure,quality,number and function of this contingent at present.Therefore,in contingent building,we should pay much attention to the contingent's basic quality,protect the interests of political work personnel,strengthen the management and training of this contingent,and introduce the incentive and competitive mechanism. |
