金融企业文化建设——我国商业银行发展的新突破口

摘    要:金融企业文化带给商业银行以有形和无形的、经济的和社会的双重效益,不仅仅是一种管理方法,而且是一种象征企业灵魂的价值导向,其核心是群体的"企业精神"。它包含物质、制度和精神文化三个层面。塑造我国商业银行的企业文化就是要树立"以人为本"的管理理念,树立体现行业特色的商业银行经营理念,并在实践中从教育培训、制度安排等方面加强我国金融企业文化的建设。

Abstract:The corporate culture in financial enterprises, which is not only a managerial method but also a value orientation symbolizing the soul of enterprises, brings tangible and intangible, economic and social benefits to the commercial banks. The corporate culture in financial enterprises, whose core is the spirit of enterprises, consists of three cultural aspects: material, system and spirit. Shaping the corporate culture in China's commercial banks just means that we need to build up the managerial idea of human orientation, set up the operational idea which can incarnate the feature of the commercial bank industry and in practice enforce the construction of corporate culture in the financial enterprises from aspects of education and training, system and arrangement, etc.
