当代信息技术的若干政治哲学问题

信息技术具有一定的政治功能,当代信息技术更是深刻地影响着今天的人类政治世界,造成了许多新的政治现象和政治的新特征,包括新的阶级的形成,新的自由和平等、民主的前景,国际政治的新格局,以及政治管理模式的改变。但这种影响是否可形成一种技术决定论的解释,以及这种影响是否只具有单向性以及是否一定会导向民主政治、专家治国,还有信息富人和政治强人之间的关系是什么,如此等等,提出了一系列政治哲学问题,也呼唤着信息技术政治学的产生。
