以创新精神推进先进文化建设的研究

先进文化是人类文明进步的结晶 ,又是推动人类社会前进的精神动力。江泽民总书记在“七一”重要讲话中指出 ,我们党要始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向 ,促进全民族思想道德素质和科学文化素质的不断提高 ,为我国经济发展和社会进步提供精神动力和智力支持。文章认为应认真学习“七一”讲话 ,以创新精神推进先进文化建设的研究 ,并从四个方面论述了先进文化建设的意义、科学内涵 ;把握先进文化应遵循的原则 ;不断创新是促进文化发展的关键 ;加强社会主义道德教育 ,是发展先进文化的重要内容和中心环

On promotion of the advanced culture building with the spirit of innovation

The advanced culture represents the fruits of the progress and civilization of the mankind and also serves as the motivating power to promote the advancement of the society. Mr.Jiang Zemin, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, pointed out in his speech delivered on July 1,2001,that the Party should forever represent the orientation of the development of China's advanced culture, promote and uphold the ideological and ethical qualities and scientific and cultural qualities of the whole nation and provide the motivating power and support culturally and intellectually. The paper holds that Jiang's speech must be studied in an earnest way and the advanced culture building should be developed with the spirit of innovation. The paper also expounds from the four aspects the significance of the advanced culture, its scientific implications, principles to follow; constant innovation as the key; emphasis on socialist moral education.
