| 摘 要： | 以2006-2007年7个城市农民工调查问卷资料为基础,总结农民工收入增长的特征,采用多元回归分析方法建模,研究影响农民工收入增长的因素。性别、年龄、工作性质变动、工作持续时间、求职方式变动以及刚进城时收入等因素对农民工收入增长作用显著;而受教育水平、进城时间和地区经济增长等因素对农民工增收影响较小。

| Abstract: | Based on the data from the surveys conducted in seven cities of China during 2006 and 2007,this paper summarizes the characteristics of income increase of the rural migrant workers,and analyzes the determinants that affect the income increase.It finds that sex,age,the change of work types,the duration of work,change of the way to finding job and inchoate income in cities are significant,while education,living time in cities and GDP increase of each region are less significant. |
