| 摘 要： | 随着改革的深化,社会转型进程的加快,农村冲突正在呈现出新的特点。冲突主要起源于基层组织对农村社会经济发展的不适应,组织本身正在衍生出一种对于乡村社会的掠夺特性。化解冲突、改善治理的核心环节是改造基层组织。这种改造必须要有大动作。
