强化成人高校学生政治思想教育的思考

目前，成人高等学校对学生全方位的政治思想教育，客观上成为成人高等教育中的一个薄弱环节，主要反映在成人教育行政管理部门存在片面性；成人教育学院政工队伍薄弱；任课教师及班主任忽视思想教育；学员重知识，轻个人的品行、思想政治修养；课程设置偏重专业，忽视政治课；教材编写重视专业、技能，忽视思想政治内容体系更新。所以．成人高校应在分析成高学生特点及影响学生学习发展因素的基础上，采取不同的方式方法做好成人大学生的思想政治工作。
