| 摘 要： | 通过对二十世纪九十年代以来我国私营经济的总体情况进行一个基本分析和评价,发现我国私营经济现行的发展中普遍存在信息透明度差,信息披露不规范、信息噪音大;对私营经济的不公平待遇,导致私营经济经营的高交易成本;对私有产权保护不力,私营企业主寻求政治庇护和进行财产转移成为一种普遍现象;我国现行宪法与宪政的不完善是制约我国私营经济发展的根本因素。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the general situation of the private-owned economy in the 1990's. We think that the problems in the development of our private-owned economy are poor information transparency, abnormal information publication, and information noise. The unfair treatment to the private-owned economy has caused high transaction cost of the private-owned economy. The country's failure to efficiently protect the private property caused the private enterprise owner to look for the political asylum and transfer their property. The imperfect constitution is the basic factor which restricts the development of our private-owned economy. |
