| 摘 要： | 文化建设是我国社会主义新农村建设的重要内容和关键环节。农村文化在发展农村经济、丰富农民生活、营造文明乡风、美化村容村貌、实现村民自治等各个方面都有着重要的地位并发挥着重大的作用。为此,要全面实现我国社会主义新农村建设的目标和任务,必须大力加强农村文化建设。
