诚信是我国市场经济不可缺少的珍贵资源

由于政治运动、经济体制转轨、法律不健全、地方政府行为不规范等诸多原因 ,造成我国市场经济诚信资源的严重缺失 ;诚信缺失造成了国内需求不足、消费受阻、出口损失严重、企业和个人信用危机、对政府信任度下降等巨大危害 ;我们要从加大诚信教育、制定完备的法律和法规、规范政府行为、建立企业和个人信用管理体系等方面建构我国的诚信体系。

Honesty is unnecessary rare resources to our market economy

Our market economy is absent from the resources of honesty because of political movement,changing orbit of economic system, imperfect law and unnorm of local government's behavior. Lacking honesty causes the domestic demands to be insufficient, consumption abstracted,serious losses of export developing,the company and personal credit crisis and dropping enormously government trust. We should construct our honest systems by strengthening honesty education, making perfect laws, standardizing the government behavior, selling up the credit management of individual and company.
