| Abstract: | The translator's dilution consciousness is thoroughly discussed in this paper from the perspective of the message conveyance .In translation a translator is required to reproduce both the meaning and the spirit of the original without following the original form slavishly . With dilution consciousness , the translator can best exhibit his academic and artistic attainments in making his version terse ,original ,natural ,coherent and lucid . |
