| 摘 要： | 必须执行少数服从多数的原则 ,即使多数人的意见是错误的 ,也应该无条件的服从。“集中指导下的民主”实质上是指有领导的民主 ,民主离不开“集中指导”。

| Abstract: | The principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority should be followed. Even if the majority are erroneous in view, they should be submitted to unconditionally. "Democracy under centralized guidance" is in essence democracy with leadership. Democracy cannot do without "centralized guidance". |
