关于医疗纠纷法律制度改革的思考

目前我国医疗纠纷法律制度严重滞后，改革呼声日趋高涨。但学界对改什么和如何改的问题缺乏细致深入的研究。本文在对现行医疗纠纷法律制度进行全面评析后，对消除该法内部固有矛盾、改革医疗鉴定体制、完善医疗诉讼程序等方面提出了新的思路与方法。

ON THE CONSIDERATION OF LAW SYSTEM REFORM IN MEDICAL DISPUTES

At present the systems of china's medical disputels are far behind, and the demand of reforming them becomes stronger and stronger day by day. But there are no careful and deep research on what to reform and how to reform them in the academic circles. After an all - sided analysis for the law systems of the present medical disputes, the discussion puts forward a new thinking and new ways to clear up the internal contradictions inherent in this law and to reform the medical inspection systems and to perfect medical lawsuit procedures.
