论英国环境政治的产生和发展

环境政治在这里是指狭义上的环境政治。英国作为世界上第一个步入工业社会的国家，最初的环境政治在十九世纪后半期产生了。政府管制、议会立法和各种环境利益集团初具规模；到20世纪60、70年代，随着相关条作的改变，现代性的环境政治始得兴起，并深入到政治生产的方方面面；从80年代后期开始，英国的环境政治开始加快发展，其政治生活出现了一股极强的绿色趋势。
