| 摘 要： | 最早创建于公元7世纪初的藏族法律是由具有地方性军事奴隶制性质的吐蕃王朝政权所制定的法律。吐蕃法律初创之际,充分吸收了藏族先民的伦理文化。借助吐蕃伦理文化广泛的群众基础,吐蕃法律得以制定、实施而逐渐完善,反过来又不断强化着吐蕃的伦理文化,不难发现丰富的伦理文化底蕴是吐蕃法律的重要特点。

| Abstract: | The original Tibetan law was made in early 7th century by Tubo dynasty regime which had local military and slavery characters. When newly formulated, Tubo law fully absorbed the ethics culture from previous generations. Based on broad mass of Tubo ethics culture, Tubo law was made, carried out and gradually improved, and in turn strengthened this culture consistently. It's not hard to discover that the rich ethics culture is the important characteristic of law of Tubo. |
