| 摘 要： | 长期以来由于非学术因素的影响,高校学报功能定位存在着较为严重的偏差,学报的学术性功能有弱化的趋势。在加强科技创新、推进社会进步的时代背景下,高校学报应该对其功能进行匡正:高校学报应该成为科技创新信息的"感应器"、科技创新成果的"孵化器"、科技创新人才队伍培养的"助推器"。

| Abstract: | Comparatively serious deviation concerning functional orientation of college journal has existed because of the long-time＇s non-academic influence and then academic function of college journal tends to get weak.In the era background of enhancing sci-tech innovation and promoting social progress,college journal should rectify its function and become ＂transducer＂ of sci-tech innovation information,＂incubator＂ of sci-tech innovation achievements,and ＂booster＂ of sci-tech talents training. |
