序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡82例疗效分析

目的：分析序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法随机将164例就诊的幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者分为两组，治疗组82例给予序贯疗法治疗，对照组82例给予传统三联疗法治疗，比较两组疗效.结果治疗组Hp根除率(84.15%)明显优于对照组(67.07%)，治疗组治愈50例(60.97%)，总有效率为91.46%，对照组治愈35例(42.68%)，总有效率为74.39%，治疗组明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义.结论应用序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡效果显著，可有效缓解患者的临床症状，提高幽门螺杆菌的根除率，并且无不良反应.

Clinical Effect Analysis of Sequential Therapy on 82 Cases with Helicobacter Pylori Positive Peptic Ulcer

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sequential therapy on patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Method 164 cases with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. 82 cases in treatment group were given sequential therapy and 82 cases in control group were given traditional triple therapy,and comparing the effect between the two groups. Results The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group (84. 15%) is obviously better than that of control group (67. 07%). At the same time, the treatment group has 50 cases ( 60 . 97%) who are cured and its total effective rate is 91 . 46%, which is higher than that of the control group. The control group has 35 cases (42. 68%) who are cured. Its total effective rate is 74. 39%. The difference has statistically significant. Conclusion Sequential therapy on patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer has remarkable effect. It not only can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,but also can improve the eradication rate of Hp,and it is no adverse reactions.
