| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨主动脉夹层合并重叠综合征的诊治方法。方法总结患者病历报告，并结合查阅文献，以进一步明确重叠综合征是导致主动脉夹层的主要原因。结果重叠综合征是导致主动脉夹层的主要原因。结论重叠综合征在主动脉夹层的发病中起主导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods for the diagnosis and treatment of aortic dissection combined with overlap syndrome. Method The effect of overlap syndrome on the development of aortic dissection was clarified by summarizing the patient’ s medical report,and referring to the documents. Results Overlap syndrome was the primary cause of aortic dissection. Conclusion Overlap syndrome plays a leading role on the onset of aortic dissection. |
