| Abstract: | The rights of personal freedom belong to the rights of freedom. Characterized with the general features of the rights of freedom, they are the basic personal rights of a citizen's personal freedom. In their nature, these rights are related to one's personal rights in the category of civil rights. Therefore, act of violation of personal rights is against the law and the violator should be duly responsible. |
