| 摘 要： | 我国少数民族都有本民族特殊的生产和生活用品,即民族特需品。国家和地方非常重视和关心民族特需品的生产和供应工作,制定了一系列政策和法规扶持、保护民族特需品。随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和发展,计划经济时期确立的民族特需品的生产供应体制面临着新的问题。市场经济条件下必须建立以市场导向为主、政策扶持和法规保护为辅的民族特需品生产和供应体制,变过去"一条腿走路"为"两条腿走路"的生产供应体制,为各少数民族提供充足满意的民族特需品。

| Abstract: | The majority of minorities in China have their needs of special production and daily necessities,namely national special requirement.All levels of governments extremely care about the production and supply of such requirement,and have formulated a series of laws and regulations to support and protect the needs.However the production and supply mechanism under plan economy have new problems,along with the establishment and development of the socialism market economy.Under market economy condition,we must establish market-driving mechanism,with the assistance of policy and regulation,to produce and supply special requirement;change the mechanism from "one-leg" to "two-leg" to provide abundant and high-quality productions to fulfill the special requirement of minorities. |
