| 摘 要： | 一般农业服务是WT《O农业协议》规定的国内支持政策中“绿箱”政策的重要组成部分。本文通过理论分析和实证分析证明:这种政策能扩大农业资本总量、增加农业产出、提高粮食产量;加大一般农业服务的支持力度、优化其支持结构能有效促进农民增收、提高农业综合生产能力。

| Abstract: | General agricultural service is the main part of Green Box Policy among domestic support policies of Agriculture Agreement of WTO. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical study, the paper indicates that the kind of policy can increase agricultural capital amount and agricultural output and grain's output. Intensifying general agricultural service support and optimizing its structure can increase farmers' income and raise the comprehensive capability of agricultural production effectively. |
