Discrimination and Analysis of Arithmetic Average and Strength Relative Index

As to the two indexes of arithmetic awerage and relative strength that are hard to be discriminated and easily to be confused in statistics, this paper presents a detailed research in view of the concept difference, difference of general category to which numerator and denominator belong, whether numeritor and denominator have the difference in collective relationship, the difference in indicating indexes, etc. and discriminates the difference in nature in order to correctly apply these two indexes in statistic teaching and actual work.
