| 摘 要： | 裁判文书的改革由来已久，但其结果仍不理想。其主要原因在于裁判文书未能走出静态式制作模式的阴影。而动态式制作模式不仅能体现庭审改革的成果，也能满足当事人和社会公众对审判正义的需要，因此，动态式制作模式是裁判文书改革的方向。

| Abstract: | Though the reformation of judgmental documents has been discussed for several years,the result can't meet our satisfaction.It mainly results from the restriction of Static Writing Mode.While,the Dynamic Writing Mode not only embodies the achievement in reform of law court,but also feeds the needs of principals and the public for judicial justice in court.Therefore Dynamic Writing Mode is the way to reformation of judgmental documents. |
