| 摘 要： | 藏族传统射箭活动作为一项广泛的群众性体育活动,具有迷人的魅力和长久的生命力。它对丰富人们的体育生活,增强人们的体质发挥了重要作用。本文以青海尖扎为个案,就藏族五彩神箭的形成及其文化蕴涵进行探讨,旨在弘扬藏族传统体育文化,为提高民族体质服务。

| Abstract: | The Tibetans tradition archery takes widespread mass sports, has the enchanting charm and the long - time vitality. It enrich people＇s sports life, strengthen people＇s physique to play the influential role. This article, taking the Jianzha of Qinghai as a case, discusses the Tibetans all colors god arrow＇s formation, the production and the cultural implication. Is for the purpose of bringing honor to the Tibetans the tradition sports culture, to enhance the national physique to serve. |
