| 摘 要： | 目的：对南通市三类人群按不同分类方式分析健康素养水平.方法：以15～69岁常住人口作为调查对象,采用自填作答或面对面访谈形式完成调查问卷,用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析.结果：共调查机关事业单位人员290人,工人1 660人,农民1 060人.三类人群中机关事业单位人员的各方面和各类健康问题素养水平最高,工人最低;基本知识和理念素养水平高于基本技能素养,并高于健康生活方式与行为素养;八类健康问题的素养水平中,安全与急救和科学健康观素养水平相对较高,保健与康复素养水平最低,慢性病预防素养高于传染病预防;男女性素养水平无显著性差异,中青年的素养水平高于老年人;BMI ＜18.5的农民素养水平（31.0％）高于其他BMI组农民.结论：针对健康素养水平低的重点人群开展健康促进和干预,才能提高全人群的健康素养水平.
