师范院校专业课教学中师范性的现状及对策

摘    要:师范院校这个概念本身就规范了培养目标的特点,使它既与综合性大学具有鲜明的区别,又与职业教育获得密切联系,具有明显的职业教育特点。然而,由于在相当长的时期里,师范院校追求和仿效综合性大学办学模式,使专业课教学中师范性普遍缺乏,培养目标的从业需求被淡化甚至被取消。因此,通过专业课教学强化师范性成为师范院校共同面对和亟待解决的问题。要有效解决这个问题,一要明确师范教育的特点及人才培养目标,二要借鉴职业教育成果改变办学理念,进行有针对性的教学,提高教学效率,三要学习义务教育课程标准和高中教育课程标准,养成教师适应新课标要求的教育教学观念。
