社区政治文化：农村政治发展的认同基础

社会建设的最终载体是社区建设，而社区民主则是社区建设的保障前提，作为一种非国家形态的民主，社区民主的特点在于其直接来自于社区成员的认同，这一认同的心理基础就是社区政治文化。文章结合实证调查，分析了目前农村社区政治文化呈现的特点，并对构建当前农村社区政治文化提出了一些思考。

Political Culture of Community:the Acknowledged Basis " the Political Development in Rural Areas

The community is the ultimate carrier of the social construction,the community democracy is the prerequisite for the community construction.As a non-state democracy,it is the important characteristic of the community democracy that wins direct self-identity among the members of the community.The psychological basis of self-identity is the political culture in community.In combination with some empirical findings,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the political culture in rural communities and makes some suggestions on the construction of the political culture in rural communities.
