心理契约对组织成员合作的影响

摘    要:心理契约的形成、发展、违背和破坏,对组织成员的合作行为具有重要的影响。组织成员以个人目标优化为条件参与组织合作,合作行为受到成员目标定位、合作能力和合作关系的影响。结合心理契约的研究内容,分析了成员因素:目标定位、合作能力和合作关系与心理契约的作用关系,在此基础上,分析了心理契约对组织成员合作的影响,主要包括影响成员的合作立场和态度、合作程度、合作行为。

Abstract:The forming,developing,betraying and destroying of Psychological contract has great impact on cooperation of organization members.Organization members carry out operation to optimize individual's objective,and their cooperation behaviors are affected by their objective orientation,cooperation ability and cooperation relationship.With studying of psychological contract,this paper not only analyzed the effect relationships between objective orientation,cooperation ability and cooperation relationship,on the basis of the above,also analyzed impacts of psychological contract,including organization members,cooperation position and attitude,degree of cooperation and cooperation behavior.
