| Abstract: | 《Long Jin Feng Sui Pan》 is a collected court verdict materials that spreaded widely in early Tang Dynasty and it showed concentratedly judicial value mindset at that time. The article analyzes the typical cases in it that involve ＂li＂ and try to delineate whole judicial ideas of the judicial oitlcialdom at that time. |
