| 摘 要： | 水资源短缺是北京市经济和社会可持续发展面临的重大问题之一。文章通过对北京市水资源 短缺的成因分析,把循环经济的5R原则引入到北京市水资源管理中来,并根据5R原则提出解 决北京市水资源短缺问题的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Water resource shortage is becoming one of the serious obstacles again st Beijing's urban economy and sustainable social development. This article, by analyzing the cause of Beijing water resource shortage, and introducing 5R theor y into the capital water resource management, puts forward some practical method s to solve this problem. |
