| 摘 要： | 西晋时期,特进、光禄大夫、侍中、散骑常侍等作为加官具有特别的意义,其中特进、光禄大夫作为加官可以提高官员的地位,往往是官员升迁中的重要步骤,而侍中、散骑常侍作为加官一般是对官员的格外优宠,作为加官时,侍中优于散骑常侍,在官员官职变迁时,加官亦随本官的迁转而由散骑常侍变为侍中。

| Abstract: | In the Western Jin Dynasty,the extra official titles such as Tejin,Guangludafu,Sanqichangshi and Shizhong used to be awarded to the officials bearing their special meanings.Tejin and Guangludafu,while awarded,would elevate the status of the officials,and used to be an important step before promotion.Shizhong and Sanqichangshi generally showed the emperor's special kindness to certain officials with the former title being the superior one. |
