| 摘 要： | 治理商业贿赂是我国反腐败工作的重点之一。但在我国的司法实践中，一直存在重惩治受贿者而轻打击行贿人的现象，这直接影响了商业贿赂治理的效果。文章主要分析严惩商业贿赂中行贿方的重要性，剖析对行贿人惩治不力的原因，并提出了从行贿方入手治理商业贿赂的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Check on business bribe is a major work to combat corruption in China,but the lenient treatment of bribers undermines the fight against business bribe.This paper discusses the countermeasures in three aspects: the necessity of the severe punishment of bribers;the cause of lenient treatment of bribers and the solutions to the problem. |
